Friday was our cheat meal night (however, this meal did run into Saturday's leftover meal too). Chicken Katsu (Japanese fried chicken in panko) and vegetable tempura.
For Saturday morning breakfast: Health Muffins and venison breakfast sausage. The muffins consisted of shredded apples and carrots, cranberries, whole wheat flour, oatmeal, whey protein powder, greek yogurt and other usual muffin elements.
