I have over settled in too many sub par food experiences that it makes me sick - such as already made refrigerated cookie dough that I may have eaten and may have known of the preservatives and evil hydrogenated oils it contained; the hydrogenated oils that only add to my body fat percentage. If I am going to enjoy a cookie, I am going to only ensure that it is homemade with whole ingredients.
Goals that will guide my journey:
- discover a new combination of ingredients each week
- not eating anything that is highly processed, contains preservatives and/or hydrogenated oils
- making each meal matter - no haphazard cooking allowed in my kitchen.
